      1. Plants were harvested from a lake on private property on Brewster Rd. in Milford, CT USA by Donna Ellis / Alyssa Matz in May 2016.
      2. Plants were acquired as part of a biocontrol research project and two plants retained for general collection at conclusion of the project.
