- Habitat: Moist seeps in montane Fynbos
- Description: Carnivorous plant with sticky hairs that trap insects, but the leaves do not secrete enzymes as with some carnivores.
There is a symbiotic relationship with an assasin bug - Pameridea marlothi - which moves about freely on the plant and is not trapped by the sticky hairs. Pameridea eats the trapped insects on Roridula, and the bugs' excretions provide nitrogen and other nutrients for the plant.
- Culture: Requires intense sun, cool temperatures. Soil should be acidic, and never allowed to dry completely. Do not fertilize.
